  33. Opening an Agenda file
  34. The first items in the Search dialog
  35. offer you the first agenda file in the
  36. default agenda directory
  37. Press <Enter> to select this file or
  38.  to move through any other
  39. agenda files in this directory.
  40. Use <Tab> to find agenda files in
  41. other directories.
  42. You will be offered the last file
  43. you searched in a subsequent search
  44. Choosing the Search Type
  45. Find All looks for all memos in a file.
  46. Find Text looks for all memos
  47. containing a given string in a file.
  48. You will be offered the same string in
  49. a subsequent search.
  50. Anniversaries and repeated entries are
  51. presented on their base date, and no
  52. restriction on the range of dates is
  53. supported.
  54. Passwords
  55. Global passwords may be set in the
  56. search dialog. These are used to
  57. decrypt memos both during text
  58. searches and when displaying memos.
  59. The option Use Previous will be given
  60. in a search if a global password was
  61. set in the previous search.
  62. If a memo with a different password is
  63. encountered a message will inform you
  64. of this and the memo will be ignored in
  65. text searches, and you will be prompted
  66. for another password when displaying
  67. the memo.
  68. If you set Single passwords for each
  69. memo during a text search it won't be
  70. stored, and you will be prompted again
  71. if you wish to display the memo.
  72. If you set the wrong password when
  73. setting single passwords then that memo
  74. will be ignored during text searches or
  75. you will fail to display the memo.
  76. The results list
  77. The results are displayed in three
  78. fields, the date of the entry, the
  79. entry type, and the entry title.
  80. To-do's are shown on their due date if
  81. they have one, or else on the date they
  82. were first displayed or were crossed
  83. out on as appropriate.
  84. You can freely move up and down the
  85. results list both during the search and
  86. once it is finished. The title field
  87. shows your current position within the
  88. list.

  92. a whole screen once the search has been
  93. completed.
  94. Displaying the memo
  95. Press <ENTER> to display the text
  96. of the memo and <ESC> to return to the
  97. results list.
  98. You cannot alter the contents of the
  99. memo in any way, just scroll and page
  100. up and down the display window.
  101. If you are reading a memo <CTRL>+<TAB>
  102. will move you to the next memo in the
  103. list and <SHIFT>+<CTRL>+<TAB> will move
  104. you to the previous one. If that memo
  105. is encrypted and you give the wrong
  106. password you will stay at the current
  107. memo.
  108. Quitting
  109. Psion-X will quit the application
  110. at any time.
